Q: Can I do it myself?

A: iLash extensions are only done by qualified trained professionals. To see where you can find a trained professional please go to contact us on the main menu.

Q: Must I still use mascara?

A: Most of our clients receive the look they want and has no need for mascara, but if you want to use mascara, make sure it is water based and NOT waterproof.

Q: How do I take care of my iLash extensions?

A: It is important not to use water on newly applied lash extensions for 24-48 hours. Try not to rub  or pull on the extensions and don’t use any oil based product on the iLash extensions for the duration that you will keep them on.

Q: What are iLash extensions?

A: It is synthetic lashes that are applied to your natural lash to give you a natural look, only thicker, longer and fuller looking

Q: How long does the extensions last?

A: If applied correctly by a professional it can last up to 2 months with proper home care.

Q: How long will a procedure take?

A: The initial iLash extension procedure takes about 90min and there after monthly corrections will take about 45-75mins depending of the amount of lashes lost.

Q: Can I have my extensions done in different colors?

A: Yes, different colors are available. Ask your trained professional which colors the stock.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card:

A: Yes, you are able to pay with Visa, master card and dina card.

Q: How do I register for training?

Q: Are the iLash glue recommended for sensitive skins?

A: There should be no problem as it does not come in contact with the skin. We do stock the glue specifically designed for sensitive skins but maintenance will be a little higher on those and corrections will be needed between 2-3 weeks.

Q: Are the glues and removers safe?
A: Eyelash extensions are not regulated by the Medical Authorities because eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. Improper application by an unqualified technician can cause damage to the eyes and eyelids.

Q: Who uses iLash extensions?

A: Stars, Celebrities, contact lens wearers, business woman, the average house wife, they are now available to everyone.

Q: : I sleep on my stomach. Will this affect my lashes?

A: : If you sleep on your stomach or sleep with a pillow or blanket over your head, the longevity of your lashes will be diminished. If you sleep on your side you will notice that the side that you sleep on will loose lashes a bit more than the other side.

Q: Are lash extensions water proof?
A: Eyelashes are water resistant, you can swim and shower without loosing the iLash extension look.
